New courses in English

A range of new English courses is now available and will start soon:

BabyYOGA

🇬🇧 From +-12 weeks to crawling: „Loud, unpredictable and joyful“ – gentle assisted stretching through play

Unlike a standard yoga class where silence is golden, baby yoga is lively, unpredictable, and joyful. For babies, it is essentially assisted stretching through play, with gentle movements designed to support their natural development. Parents or caregivers guide their own babies through the exercises, creating shared moments of connection and interaction. More information here.

ToddlerYOGA

🇬🇧 From walking age to ~3 years: A playful, sometimes loud space using movement, touch and simple yoga-inspired activities

A playful movement class where young children explore simple yoga-inspired exercises together with their parents. It supports motor development, body awareness, and coordination through guided, playful activity. Parents actively participate, encouraging shared movement and connection. More information here.

Mama Dance

🇬🇧 For future, pregnant & postpartum moms with their baby

A space to strengthen, restore, and reconnect – physically, emotionally, and socially. Pregnant and postpartum mothers alike benefit from the grounding, energizing, and confidence-building practices woven into every session. Babies are warmly welcome, adding an extra layer of bonding and joy, and partners are invited to join if desired. More information here.

Baby massage

🇬🇧 Suitable for babies aged 1 to 6 months.

A gentle and nurturing way to support your baby’s development and strengthen your bond.
This course focuses on simple, safe massage techniques that help babies feel calmer, sleep better, and experience less colic and discomfort. At the same time, parents gain confidence in handling their baby and learn to better understand their baby’s signals and needs. In a cosy, calm atmosphere, you will learn how to use touch as a tool for connection, relaxation, and well-being — for both baby and parent. More information here.

PEKiP

🇬🇧 For children aged 2 to 12 months, together with their (grand)parents

The Prague Parent-Child Program (PEKiP®) is an educational concept for parents and their babies during the first year of life. It offers play and movement activities that support the baby in developing its physical, cognitive, language, and social skills at its own pace. The child’s individual development is not accelerated, but gently supported. Course content varies depending on the season. Mor
