MamaYOGA before birth

This course is suitable from the first trimester until birth.

With yoga, you will find calm and balance, as well as strength and flexibility.

Pranayama (breathing techniques) can help expectant mothers develop proper breathing and relaxation skills for pregnancy, which can also be applied during labour to make contractions more manageable.

Are you pregnant and looking for a moment just for yourself? Would you like to stay active despite your growing bump? Do you want to do something beneficial for both you and your baby? Whether you are a beginner or already experienced, our prenatal yoga class is tailored to your needs. We adapt the classical Yoga Asanas to suit your changing body, helping you feel relaxed and completely at ease throughout the course. Through these carefully selected postures, you will gently build strength and flexibility while preparing both body and mind for birth.

  • relieve common pregnancy discomforts (such as back pain, heavy legs, digestive issues, or water retention)

Good to know:

  • A full stomach doesn’t like to exercise — please only have a light snack before class if needed.
  • Wear light, comfortable clothing.
  • Non-slip socks and a towel are ideal for practice.
  • We recommend attending 8 yoga sessions to truly experience the benefits of MamaYOGA before birth.
