Birth Preparation Course: What if we embraced this adventure — fully, and together?
Becoming parents is quite a journey! Excitement, doubts, joy, fear… you never really know what to expect.
But here’s the good news: you don’t need to know everything to feel ready — you can simply learn to trust.
Trust your body. Trust your baby. Trust yourselve as a family.
Three relaxed sessions of three hours each, in a small group setting, we’ll come together to:
- Truly understand what happens during labour and birth (yes, really!)
- Try out practical tools: breathing, movement, positions, massage, relaxation…
- Give the birth partner a real role: active support, calm in the storm, a hand on the back at just the right moment (or a coffee in hand to survive the night!)
- Explore your birth choices: moving, dancing, gentle pushing, epidural, water birth…
- Prepare for what comes after: feeding, the first days with baby, emotional rollercoasters and tender moments
We’ll move, we’ll experiment, we’ll laugh, we’ll share…
Because birth is real, intense, human — and we deserve to prepare for it in a way that feels alive, not just by reading a leaflet!
Come just as you are — alone or with someone (partner, sister, friend, mum…). Solo future co-parents are warmly welcome!
🧦 What to bring: comfortable clothes and your favourite cosy socks!
And a gentle little bonus:
After the birth, we’ll meet again (this time with the babies!) to chat, share, laugh, maybe cry a bit… and celebrate this big journey we’ve been through together.
You’ll leave with more confidence, fewer fears, and that little voice inside that says:
“We’re ready. Truly.”
